Squat Rack...Squats

It must have been squat day in the gym today. I actually had to wait to use the squat rack because people were doing…SQUATS! There is hope!

Even had a good squat day. Kind of wanted to die after it over (and during all I knew was that a missed rep now meant an extra set later…) Then I wanted to figure out how to keep raising the weight.

That happened to me once, I wasn’t even upset about it.

I once saw a couple guys doing front squats with the ez-curl bars.

a guy at my gym does quarter squats in a belt, supersetted with db bicep curls, all in a hat (and in the rack).
