Squat Rack Leg-Lifts

  What annoys me almost as much as squat rack curls are squat rack leg lifts, you know, the ones with the arm harness that you connect to the top parrellel bar to do abs. I went to the gym the other day to squat, and some metro-couple was there for almost an hour doing every variation of leg lifts, then making out in between sets.
