What’s up guys how is everyone? I dont post here often by I check on the site every day. Today during my college football team’s max day I squatted 405@164lbs (low bar position) to parallel. I’m 22 years old and I play wide receiver. My 18 year old brother squatted 425@170lbs(high bar) to parallel. I used AW for squat percentages. I max on the power clean, bench, and push jerk later this week.
