Currently, my left arm is in a splint 24/7 for the next 6-8 weeks. No pushing or pulling during that time. What would be a good way to train the next couple cycles. All I can really program is squats. Looking to lift 2, maybe 3 days a week, and run my hills. I can do one armed landmine presses and rows in the meantime but most upper body stuff is out. Was thinking of following the squat routine outlined in Full Body, Full Boring. Anyone else have any ideas?
