Hello, I was wondering if I could get some critiquing on my squat form thanks,

Btw I know the last rep was pretty roughy lower back was hurting

You're high. You're upper body isn't tight at all. You need to squeeze your upper back and take a deep breath into your stomach and press against the belt. You're also not locking out the weights at the top, stand upright at the end of every rep.

Sit back more too. Your heels are coming up at the bottom which means your weight is shifting forward. Do you do good mornings currently? You may even try training your box squat up a bit.
