I feel like you can control your descent into the hole a bit more.
I think you aren't bracing your abs effectively. It looks like you're focused on tightening the back and not the front (or all around). Does your mid/lower back give out when you go for a max?
Looks pretty good, if you're not flaring your elbows back on purpose, tuck them under the bar more. It will stabilise your back which will make the movement feel more solid.
