Just started squatting a few months ago. Currently doing a 5x5 program using more of a high bar squat. Here is one of my sets from a recent workout doing 235 lbs for a set of 5. Was a little fatigued during this set but looking for any flaws in the way I am squatting that someone could spot out. Thanks
looks great. I would try to be a little faster/more explosive if I were you. But form looks tight, weight looks easy. at this weight at least, I have no real criticism.
