CT a couple of questions if you have time
- I think i have the thoriac issue you mentioned, do you have any reccomendations for improving this
- I cant decide on what style would be best for me given my goals. the low bar hurts my shoulders but the weight is easier, however high bar feels natural and i think builds more strength. if i fixed my mobility issues do you think i could just use a higher bar? i just want to get stronger on this.
