I finally got an iPhone and can now video my lifts. I wanted to get some feedback from those much stronger than I about my squat form.
While I am not a competetive powerlifting, I appreciate the feedback on my squat. It is my worst lift relatively speaking and I would like to improve it. Thanks.
I can’t judge it properly until you put some distance on your iphone and show us a full view. More vids please!
Post a new vid. This time take the stops out and have someone hold the camera. I was going to say that it looks like you are coming forward a little, but it might just be a bad angle on the camera. I doubt anyone will be able to give a good critique from that vid.
