Yep, all set. No worries.
Definitely not a "disaster waiting to happen", but the biggest thing I noticed was that you rush the last rep in every set and you're in a hurry to rack the bar. On the first set, you actually started pulling your foot inward before you were even standing up straight. On the other sets, you're also super-quick to finish. Complete the rep fully, lock out strong, and then step up to rack it.
Also thought I saw some knee cave on the second set in particular (a little tough to tell with the camera moving around), just keep an eye out for that.
