Hey Christian and fellow T-Nation members -
First time poster but long time follower of this site. My training has really evolved from the things learned here on this site. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my squat. Both squat videos are with the same weight, different set (285 for 4 reps) just with different angles. Squats were done in the middle of the workout so I was not “fresh”. Just looking for any kind of feedback to improve…descending too quickly?? Also, you can see by the video that I wear a belt for all dead-lifts/squats due to a large herniation of the L5-S1 and L4-L5 a couple years back (took over a year to recover from). Belt also helps me “stay tight” which I have had a problem from in the past.
