Squat Form Check

So I posted this thread a few weeks ago about my clubbed foot and my worry about a muscle inbalance.


I realize how vital the squat and deadlift are for gains so I want to make sure I can do them and use power from both legs equally. I am starting to squat and want to make sure I have the form down before I go heavier. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You lean over on your way up which would cause you to fall on your face with a heavy weight. Keep your weight on your heels more.
