Your form is fine. You might try to get your elbows under the bar a little more, but overall everything looks good Here are some things to think about though.
-I think the uprights are on bolted on backwards with your squat stand. There should not be a bar behind you to trip over.
-Squatting in jeans may not be the best thing for you. Get some sweats or shorts of some kind.
Keep working hard.
Looks decent - and light. Could you give video to us with about 85% weight of your estimated max? Technique tends to suffer always when going to higher weights. The thing is that how much you let it to do so.
