Squat Form Check

Hi guys could you have a look at my squat form and tell me where I’m going wrong.

Stop rounding your back at the bottom. Keep it straight, shoulders back.

Keep your weight on your heels, looks like you’re falling forward on your toes.

Aim to go about an inch to two inches below parallel so when you really start lifting heavy weights, if you are a little short, you’re still hitting parallel.

Keep your wrist straight. I used to have mine bent and when I did smolov(a four time a week squat program) it made my hand hurt holding it like that.

Eat and eat smart,healthy. Watching videos of people that know what they are doing. And squat and keep squatting and working on every little thing that is wrong.
