Hey guys some advice would be helpful before i start going heavy. 2012 (happy new years everyone) got major goals doing 5x5 im gonna hit new PR's but have to make sure my technique is perfect.
The weight transfers to the front of your foot at the beginning of the press at the bottom. The weight should remain strictly on your heels and the outside edge of your foot. looks good though, youtube: So you think you can squat, series of videos, pretty in depth, worth watching tho
