Squat Form Check-Vid Included

just hoping to get a little feedback on squat form. appreciate the responses and constructive criticism.

Work on your hip mobility, your lower back is rounding at the bottom.

It looks good to me. I am not a strength coach, so wait for other replies.

EDIT: NinjaBoy is right, I should have been watching closer.

cheers for the replies. are there anything specific mobility drills that i should be doing or would any/all work?

i was thinking of something along the lines of:
-front leg swings
-side leg swings
-anterior step overs
-lateral step overs

anything else i can add in, or leave out?

Read this article on a stretch to do daily (some authors call it “prying stretch”): http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/the_thirdworld_squat

and check this one for “wall squat”: http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/5_things_youre_missing&cr=

props to two sweet links, greatly appreciated.
