Squat Form After Heavy DL

I did a very heavy/intense deadlift (sumo) workout more than a week ago. Pretty much heavier/more volume than I ever did. My erectors hips were sore for 1-2 days, but no pain at all.

Now, I can’t do A2G on squats. I can’t go beyond parallel comfortably (I never had trouble with it in the past - 1 leg squats are no difficult). I just start feeling pain in hips. Any suggestions on how I could remedy this? I had plenty of rest and I stretch (maybe not enough).

Before I lift I always do high knees and other hip mobility movements. The high knees really seem to help warm up my hips. You could also hold onto a door handle while you squat down to help get into the bottom position. Hope I helped.
