I am squatting highbar and trying to make sure I hit depth. I want to be 1/2-1" below parallel. Am I where I need to be. Just starting out. Thanks. :slight_smile:

This is the funniest depth check thread I have ever seen. Depth passes, but you get disqualified for squatting in your underwear. Seriously, that is just not in good taste.
