Question on the 2 days per week where squats/dead are on the same day (option 2?) - which makes the cycle 6 weeks instead of 3 since you alternate the main lift each week.
Do you stick with the 5 forward/3 back since you are progressing more slowly or do you play it by how you are progressing?
You play it by ear but 99.9% of the time, it's 5/3 or something similar. I don't know why people fight progress - as well ALL KNOW, the TM has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR STRENGTH or PENIS SIZE.
One day people will understand this.
