just tested my numbers after 3 months of travelling.
I lost 20 pounds, and a lot more on my numbers.
here is a squat at 275 and a deadlift at 365. Would really appreciate any advice on form.

They both look fine. Deadlift was nice and smooth. You hit that nasty sticking point on the squat but you keep your chest up and it didn’t look like you got stuck because you got soft, it just looks heavy for you.
My advice is don’t worry about form, you look fine. Just work hard, especially to get that squat up. If you get your squat up, your deadlift will probably increase significantly as well. Just keep at it.
