Squat, Deadlift Form Check


I am lifting very light in the video, just to see if my form is okay. I am a beginner. Thanks for your feedback!


DL - be sure to push through your heels, keep the bar as close to your body as possible, don't 'shrug' at the top, complete the lockout (push hips forward at the top while leaning back a bit)

Squat - try to control your knees (lateral movement), some rounding at the lumbar spine which should be avoided (you set the bar very high which may be a reason)
