Hello all, first post as a member of these forums and unfortunately it’s an injury topic.
I get a sharp cramping pain on the side of my left leg at the top, just under the hip and toward the glute. This pain occurs when I get to the bottom of my squat and after max effort yesterday, is still causing me some aching pain today. I have tried a couple of stretches before hand aswell as warm up sets to no avail.
Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
EDIT: I’d also like to point out that after the tight cramping snesation the area goes completely numb. My hip joint on the same side is giving my alot of grief today.
