I’m trying out the new form. I’ll need to bring up my abs and low back to make it work really well, but those have always built up real fast for me so I’m not too too worried about that. Mostly what I liked is that it felt like I was able to keep form better… I think…

I actually have, but I found that I lose power out of the hole from the lack of hip torque and my knees cave in about the middle of the lift. And my feet aren’t totally straight forward, they’re actually very slightly pointing out but it’s barely perceptible through video.
