Squat Advice, Sticking Point

-Get your traps tight, push them together,
-Head back as soon as you start to descend, not in the hole.
-As soon as you are 3 inches away from the hole point those elbows down
-Spread the floor and push your hips out
-If you keep your chest up more you will not have a problem with hips rising to quickly-arch you back hard as you go up.

Second squat was legit and with a few technique changes, that will be an old PR for you.
