Sprints as Conditioning

This has probably been asked/answered already but I want to include sprints as conditioning. Where should I put them? Distance?

preferably not before a lower body day, but it doesn’t matter. Whenever you have time for them. And long and short. Try all different kinds of lengths.

I do my conditioning immediately after a squat/deadlift day. I’ve done push-sled, hills, and stadiums. Distance I’ve done for all these usually are around 30-40 yards. I’ve found by doing this that my conditioning stays in tact along with the strength increases with 5/3/1.
