so i read somewhere that interval training that incorporates sprints boosts growth hormone. is that true?
HIIT - I’ve started doin that, like 1 min jog, 30 sec sprint sort of thing for a certain period of time. I thought it just meant you could lose weight without taking energy from your muscles?

from what i heard it’s true you boost GH lose weight and keep your muscles because with intensity you stimulate them.
