Hey, i have a question for you guys. i have a mild partial ACL tear, and i was wondering is sprinting ok? and also if the answer is yes, should i wear a knee bandage or go without it? oh im reffering to sprinting 50-400 m on a track and 50-60 m hills

I’m going to have to agree with RampantBadger. NO Sprinting. the only “sprinting” I could justify to myself would be in a pool with at least the lower half of my body submerge to take the impact off the area, but even that would still cause some irritation.
