Sprinting Alone

as to the question im not sure, either way i would always advise anyone looking for an opinion to sprint. it might make a difference if your pulling a sled during a sprint workout however

ive been doing 4 running-ish workouts a week, sprints in the wash, tire flipping, sprints with a dragging sled, and 3 mile trail run, and it has really helped to change them up like this, much more interesting and also saw significant increase in squat and power cleans
