Sprinters Training

Hello I was wondering does anybody have a weight training program for a sprinter, I am looking for one.

One thing that you have to remember is that weights are always subservient to speed and track work. It doesn’t matter if your squat goes up 50 pounds if your time drops by .05!

EDIT: Errr… I meant if your time goes up by .05!
