Sprinter, 2 Day Gym Split

Hey guys, Im a bit confused on what to do with my 2 day split!!! so atm im planning a comeback to become a paralympic sprinter again(t44 in the house)…
but Im feeling confused about all the exercise selection that can be done atm this is what it looks like

day 1
Squats
Dips
Russian leg curls
ring push ups/bench press
barbell rowing
some quick tricep work

day 2
Hip thrust
RDLs
Pull ups/Chins
delt work
some bis

Abs are done post running workouts…

Any tips guys??

Can’t you look up some programs specifically for sprinting? The ones I’ve seen don’t look anything like what you’ve posted, and I think you would probably be better off with something designed by a sprint coach
