Following my open letter to Jim post, here’s my follow up on my last meets performance: 167.5 squat, 110 bench, 207.5 deadlift. 9/9 and all white lights. Perfect meet with two PRs. Wouldn’t have been achievable without the principals of 5/3/1. Training changed to suit but my principles didn’t, thanks Jim!
