In a New Years gone wrong and an accident involving a VERY heavy woman and stiletto heals, my toe is now sprained and walking isn’t the most fun thing in the world.
Any ideas for what lower body exercises that I can still pull off? I’m trying to think of any exercises that don’t put TOO much pressure on the foot. Any ideas or should I just let it heal first??
Leg extensions and leg curls come to mind. Many upper body exercises can be done seated. If it were my toe I would first be sure it was healed or healing.
How about squatting and deadlifting through your heels (i.e., lift your toes so there’s no pain), this will recruit the all-important posterior chain.
Is it just me, or does everyone want to hear exactly what happened with the fat woman in stilletos?
You can’t just say something like that and not give us details!!
