Great, to add to my golfer’s elbow I sprained my knee in a knee to knee collision playing hockey last night. I don’t have health insurance at the moment and I’m on the verge of getting a job that will give it to me…but I need a healthy body! I don’t think its torn as I’m not in great pain and can still walk on it without it giving out on me. Based on the location of the pain I’m guessing its the MCL. I have been icing it and have it in a brace when not being iced. My main concern is rehabbing it when its ready to go again. What are some exercises I can do that will not only help recover it but make my knee stronger than it was before?
