I'm in pre-season mode right now, and I only train with my rugby club twice a week
so I do some extra conditioning to get in so more work. I recently came across this
drill/game, do you think this would be good for developing quickness and/or conditioning if you do it with short rest between reps?
I used at the end of my linear speed work today, and I noticed my heart rate was up, sweating heavy breathing, but my legs weren't fatiguing to badly since your only really running 5 meters at a time so my thoughts were this would be good to improve SPP and keep the legs a bit fresher later on that night?
