i was thinking more like rugby… thats pretty close to soccer in terms of endurance

I’m gonna have to say that Joe DeFranco’s Westside for Skinny Bastards is THE program for soccer players, football players, and rugby players.


The traditional Westside Template is aimed at increasing the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

This program is aimed at increasing the Box Squat, Bench Press, Vertical Jump, and # of Pull-ups you can do.
