I play rugby and we practice tuesday/thursday with games on saturday. I lift on modays and wednesdays.
I do a good job putting on strength in the offseason, but I ussually struggle to maintain the strength in season. I think I don’t do a good job on recovery from practice.
I’ve found a few articles on recovering from lifting, but I was hoping some body could point me in the right direction on recovering from practices, or if anybody was in a similar boat or played collision sports for a college you could tell me some things that they did.
