Splitting Up Macros

How do you guys recommend splitting up your macros? I’m 6’3", 165 lbs and 5% body fat. For hockey optimal body fat is between 8 and 9% so I figure I could afford to add more fats than usual. Also, is there an importance to when I’m eating each type throughout the day if putting on a little fat isn’t a concern? Thanks for any input.
