Splitting Up Calories

Hey everyone, I've got a question with regard to how to eat throughout the day and don't think its been answered in any other threads (unless I'm a thicko). Is it best to breakdown your meals into equal size portions calorifically, taper from morning to evening or spike after training ? Or anything else for that matter...

Currently working on getting in line with Berardis massive eating and wasn't really sure...
