Splitting Calories Between Meals

Hello T-folks !

Long time lurker but first time poster here :wink:

First a little background about myself:

26 years old male
185lbs / 6’0 (~12bf%)
Been training seriously for 2years
Doing a 4day/week split at the moment (starting 5x5 in a week for about 8weeks)
Eat very clean
Goal is to gain mass

I just got a quick question about nutrition, suppose i am aiming at eating ~3000cal /day… should i eat 6 small meal of 500cal ? or should i eat more in the morning or what ? What is the ‘optimal’ timing for macronutriments ? most of my carbs in the morning ?
