Do you prefer (sorry my english) multisplit training routinen when using gear and destroying the muscle ones a week??
depends on individual recovery and preference. Experiment and see what works best for you

Well im using now 3-split tarning 4 times a week. Muscle sorenes isnt lasting long just 2-3 days max but im very tired all the time. I think its beacause im trainig so many muscles at ones?! and workouts lasts 75min-100min. If i cut down muscle groups per session 1-2 and train only 45-1h and 4-5 days a week will i recover faster?!?
Only way for you to find out is if you try it.
