For B1 and B2, how does the sequence of this compound set look?
Do you first perform split squats for the left leg, rest 90-120 sec, then perform splits squats for the right leg, rest 90-120 seconds and finally move on to leg extensions?
With unilateral leg movements I find that one leg always suffers from fatigue buildup if both legs are worked right after one another without rest.
I’d appreciate your feedback.
