I suffered an injury to my right tricep a few months back. After healing, I decided to build my strength back up to a respectable level using the Starr 5x5 training routine.
After 10 weeks of continual progression and finally hitting a wall, I feel I've gotten to a point where its time to change to a different routine, something with a split.
Anyone have any solid suggestions?
Right now I'm leaning towards this:
Monday - Shoulders/Tri
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Back/Traps
Friday - Chest/Bi
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Repeat
