Split Dilemma

I’ve tried both a 3 day (MWF) push/pull/legs split and a chest & back/shoulders & arms/legs split and can’t decide on which is better for me.

On the one hand, I’ve felt I’m at risk of overtraining my arms by doing them a couple of days after back & chest.

But I’ve also heard you’re much better of working opposing muscle groups.

Any Advice?

When you come to the realization that your body is not a collection of parts but rather a systemic organism that is geared to work in harmony you will have all the gains you want.
