Spirulina Anyone?

Has anyone tried this. I been using it off and on for a while and like it. Seems to help when my cals are restricted for cutting. Here’s a quote from and article about it.

“Most notably, Spirulina is 65 to 71 percent complete protein, with all essential amino acids in perfect balance. In comparison, beef is only 22 percent protein.”

I mix it in a water body and sip it while training and throughout the day. Sometimes I’ll throw it in my pancake mix.

i used to mix the powder in with my shakes but the taste and smell started making me nauseous after a while. so now i just take the tablets. i like it because it is supposedly alkaline forming and that’s never a bad thing.

Same here. I tried it for a while, however, my stomach never agreed with it.

Yeah just started taking it last week i mix it with my yoghurts in the morning
