SpiritKid is Ready to Take it to the Next Level...

Hello fellow bodybuilders.

After 6 months running training, I am ready to hit the gym. I have three years experience with lifting weights, but it’s a long time since ive done it. But I still known all the techniques for deadlifting, beching and squatting. So I think I am going to be ok. I have one goal now, and it’s “Becoming Leaner”. Yesterday i finished my 50 kilometres run, with only 6 months of running training, this was a very had task to do. But i did it. In the next two weeks, I will choose which gym to train in, and adjusting the diet. So for now… Have a nice training session…
