I just recently heard about you having a spinal fusion surgery a few months back? Is this true? If so, what was the problem exactly? Lumbar segment of the spine?
'Tis true. The problem is some asshole thought sending a text was more important than watching where he was driving. It’s been 6 months and it was a great decision. After trying every rehab and snake oil that I could, I feel almost 100% and am working towards getting my body and lungs into great shape.
The only thing that matters is getting up when you get knocked over/dragged and not letting circumstances give you an excuse.
Well that sucks. Got the fright of my life once when I came around a bend and some muppet was coming down the wrong side of the road texting… Hope it’s been an okay recovery and you get back to 100%.
