I’ve never actually put a Spike Shooter in a shake, has anyone else?
Dude, drink 1/2 a Spike Shooter before long workout or competition (for example, before stongman training with my club at school, 2-3 hrs); then mix the other half with Raspberry flavored Surge (it is very important that its raspberry not ‘regular’ Surge. It’ll foam and shit for a sec (just the carbination), just pour it in your shaker slow. Fill up the rest with water, shake, let it simmer down some, fill with more water. The resulting beverage taste incredible and keep energy high!
Hmmm, I’ve never actually thought about doing that. I just might have to now.
