I’m taking Alpha Male and want to start taking either HOT-ROX or Spike with it. I know HOT-ROX is for fatloss which is my goal but Spike is just so tempting to try. Any suggestions?
What about taking HOT-ROX and Spike both, but just on different days?

It would be fine to take the two on separate days.
HOT-ROX is going to be your better tool if your goal is fat loss.
