Spike for Endurance Runners?

I remembering using Spike when ti first came out and I loved it. It made feel good and didn’t even need coffee in the morning. This is when I was lifting and doing no cardio whatsoever. Now things have change and I have been running long distances for almost 2 years.

I know things here are not written in stone and people are just suggesting, but do you think it will be ok with cardio freaks.

I don’t run long distances, but I often do have a half Spike Shotgun before trail runs and interval workouts.

Makes a big difference for me.

I’m not huge into running either, but rarely I will do a long trail run (10-12 miles) and taking a Spike tab beforehand makes a huge difference in performance and level of enjoyment. I normally can’t stand running.
