I was wondering how people incorporate speed work into their routines…do you do it as part of each workout, as a whole day devoted to it, etc???
it depends on your goals.
if speed and strength is number one then you incorporate it as often as possible.
if you have some endurance and rep. goals then you might find a conflict.
if you’re wondering how to divide up speed work and cardio i say find ways to do both at the same time. Like interval training. short breaks in-between sprints or full body exercises work both.
